Processing is carried out using IT and telematics tools, with organizational methods strictly related to the purposes indicated and in a manner that ensures data security.

6. Data retention times

Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Browsing data is deleted shortly after its statistical processing.
  • Contact and quote requests (and related email correspondence) that do not result in an order are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact.
  • Data relating to accepted quotes and stipulated contracts is kept for 10 years, as required by Italian civil and tax law.
